Things are run a little differently this episode. The format of this episode flips things on its head as Kori take the lead and Megan is left with the response. You can tell pretty quickly that things don’t seem to have the solid script that it normally does with Megan at the helm. The episode transitions from one topic to another, and just when you think that it is completely off topic, it brings it back in. Are we talking about why the moon doesn’t exist, a rogue planet on a crash course with the earth, or are we talking about Harry Potter!?

In November of 1930, Canadian fur trapper Joe Labelle made his way into an Inuit village on Lake Anjikuni, looking for shelter for the night. Labelle had been in the village before and expected to find it bustling with activity as it was known as a busy fishing village. However, what he found was an eerily quiet village devoid of its usual signs of life. None of the chimneys had smoke, but Labelle did notice a fire in the distance. Upon getting to the fire, he realized that the fire had been apparently abandoned, as the stew warming above it was blackened. Where had the people gone? Why was the fire abandoned? Did Vampires drain the life out of the habitants?

We’ve all heard of the Titanic, and how it sunk to the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean. This happened in the early 1900’s so it’s no surprise that there is plenty of fodder for conspiracies around it. I bet you thought it ran into a glacier? That’s just what the lizard people want you to believe! In all reality it was commandeered by the Martians who believed it to be a submarine! I don’t think anyone actually believes that. It’s made up. That’s what I’m told to write. In all reality we talk about a few more serious and non-fictional topics in this episode.

Sarah Winchester, married to William Winchester yes, the William Winchester that was well known for his firearms, is fairly well known for her, well amazingly constructed home. There are hallways that lead to nowhere, stair cases that take one to the ceiling and no further, and even sky lights on floors without access to the sky. It truly is a spectacular house by design. But why did she build it? What led her to have this house constructed in so a matter? Well, the truth is somewhere, and we hope to find it.
